Great item for folks that have a 3M CT 50 and need z wave
I bought this for use in my CT50 3M thermostat. I needed Z wave for use with my SmartThings hub. This item works great for this purpose. I always had problems with the WiFi module that came with my thermostat. I now have a thermostat that responds quicker and without the delay that I used to see because of the slow interface on the wifi side. You will have to choose the CT100 or CT30 model on the settings for the SmartThings hub. Either one seems to work just fine. This purchase saved me from having to buy another thermostat that was Z wave enabled.

Didn't work. Tried over and over to pair it ...
Didn't work. Tried over and over to pair it with my 2Gig Go! Alarm panel and was not visible when searching for it

so far so good. Since in the winter
Module works with my CT50, along side with the WIFI module... Need the z-wave because I want to integrate the smartthings. so far so good.Since in the winter, crank down the thermostat and use room heaters instead (go go SOLAR power :) ) ... will come back and provide updates once gone through one summer. Summer is when my thermostat kick into gear and need more smartness to keep the house cool and not as cool when not needed.

Great add on to my Wifi thermostat
We have several Z-Wave devices all controlled by Nexia Home Automation and I wanted to add my Wifi thermostat to the application. It was easy to install and it was great to see it along with the other devices.
