Not seen results. Bad taste
Whereas they don't work on me or I need to take them for longer, I don't know but I've been taking them for a month (I finished the bottle) and I haven't been able to see any difference (especially to my hair). Also there is a metallic after taste to the gums that is very unpleasant. I won't buy again.

Amazing!! They work!!
I never write reviews but, this deserves one. I’ve been taking this twice daily for a week.A week on, people are already commenting on how well and quickly my skin has cleared up. Furthermore, my hair looks so much more shiny and healthy..If this is after a week I cannot wait to see my results once the bottle is finished.To top it off, the gummies have great taste! Certainly will get another bottle :)

Would recommend
They are quite chewy but are nice in flavour and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my nails and my hair growing looking healthier and thicker as I’ve recently suffered with hairloss from an operation
