I was so impressed with the quality and craftmanship with what I received, that I immediately bought another. I use the engraved raven one for my sci fi/paranormal/horror/thriller/other dark or strange genres. I then purchased the cherry blossom bookmark for the ya fic/general fic/romance/other lighter stories. I love using both of them as they make each book feel personal and customized just for me.Fast forward a little bit over a year. I'd fallen on some hard times (as most of the world during 2019-2021), and was hospitalized for a week (nothing to do with COVID just in case anyone was wondering). During the stay, the string at the top was removed and the top cracked a bit during a transfer of my overnight bag. It made me sad, especially considering I wasn't in a position to spend more than 10 dollars on a bookmark any more. I emailed Mitercraft explaining what happened. I let them know how much I enjoyed their product and was sad to see mine go. Even though it was a bit after a year, I asked them if they wouldn't mind sending a new one at no cost to me (again, I have no monies for something like this now). They very generously agreed! They confirmed my name, address, and order and sent a replacement in the mail within two days of the initial ask. The package came in that very week!I am so impressed with, not just the quality of their wares, but the kindness they showed me in replacing their product well after any obligation to do so. I can't recommend them enough, and once I have enough to start indulging myself again, I'll be sure to buy more from them.

The trees & howling wolf are amazingly & perfectly detailed - Plus, the wood and inlayed detailing are beautiful. A truly great bookmark!

A gift for my husband for Valentines Day. I read the dimensions in the description, but it is still smaller than I expected. A little thinner too. It’s okay, not great. With that in mind, the price is on the high side for what you get.

Seems very delicate which makes it even more special.
