i liked the sustained energy and how it made me feel sharp and not tired. The taste needs improving

My friend recommended this product to me. He has multiple physical fitness and nutrition certifications for coaching/personal trainer. Since I started taking these Qualia shots I've noticed that even the most grueling workouts feel a lot easier now. I feel like I have more power to draw from, both physically and mentally. It's easier to stay focused and in the moment. I've been running regularly 4 miles every other day at roughly 6:15 per mile pace. Since I started taking this energy shot as my new pre-workout, i've been averaging 6:00 per mile pace with a little more energy left to spare! Maybe next week I will increase my runs to 5 miles and see how that works out. I also like the taste of this energy shot compared to most of the other energy shots I have tried. Not bad considering the very low sugar content. It's so much better than traditional energy shots like 5 hour energy, which make my heart race too fast and leave me feeling jittery/unable to focus. It's a much more clean and focused energy without the big crash afterward. If I know it's going to be a long or tough day at work, then taking one of these shots a half hour prior really goes a long way towards improving my day. The work load feels lighter and more manageable. The initial surge in energy lasts roughly 4-6 hours but I have noticed that my mental focus is still sharper for up to 8 hours after consumption. I've noticed that I spend a lot less time worrying about the tasks I have to get done and that more of my time is now being spent by just doing them without hesitation. Before I know it they are done and its almost time to go home. Theres definitely less brain fog and less distraction than I had experienced prior to taking these new energy shots. It's lower in caffeine, but the other ingredients in this product have a synergistic effect which helps to transform this small energy shot into a fairly strong stimulant and a very strong vasodilator. That means increased blood flow and higher levels of oxygen in the blood for better physical and mental performance. It works very well on the days that I need it most. I do not recommend taking this product on days where you just want to relax. Its only supposed to be taken a maximum of 5 days a week anyways to avoid tolerance buildup. I'd recommend this product to anyone who needs and extra boost to get them through the day. Also to high performance athletes looking for an edge.

I feel it gives me a boost in the morning. Sometimes I have it in the afternoon when I feel fatigued. I teach 3 and 4 year old autistic children and I need energy and focus! The one time I opened a bottle and thought it did not taste right, they offered a full refund but I chose to replacement box. I am pleased with the product.

Helps with concentration and recall - excellent product

This product gave me more energy, clarity and industriousness. 5 stars. However, I have Afib and it kicked in when I use the entire bottle. I use 3 caps full now. Perfect!
