Product was defective and
The lamp broke down in a week and a qualified electrician could not fix it. I returned it for preferably a replacement along with both spare bulbs. But I was instead refunded my money after week plus with heavy deductions of approx Aed 20 from what I paid with no reason explained. This was bad . I will never buy it again. Poor return policy on defective products returned within return time frame.
