I purchased this to replace disposable tea bags for loose leaf tea. Nowhere in the description does it indicate that this would not work with any loose leaf tea. In fact, quite the opposite. You cannot use this for teas with smaller particles or coffee. The leaves or grounds will end up in your mouth. For some reason, there are gaps on the sides if the filter that allow particulates through. You can only use larger teas in this bottle if you don't want to eat it. I consider this a waste if 30$. Very disappointing.

I wanted one for so long.. I finally broke down and ordered it.. my only issue is after using it twice the lettering on the cup is starting to rub off?? Is this normal other then that I love this product

I get it. Its expensive, I'm never a fan of over paying but this is nice. I've slowly became a Teami fan and I'm not gonna lie, the cup just kind of pumps you up for the day when you have your tea or greens it. I like to feel like I'm on the healthy path and sometimes the cup is just a reminder to keep it up.

Does not stay warm long but if you put hot contents inside it should last 1 hour warm. Then you will have to pour out contents in a mug and heat it up but I like the strainer so I got it. Great for loose teas even red rooibos.
