Researched available options and had a very clear idea of the sound I wanted (ignition, idle, revs, overdrive, etc). Fan of Flowmaster products and their quality/sound. This is the option if you want an aggressive ignition sound while keeping a subtle idle and no drone. Once in overdrive, interior noise is minimal with no drone. Downshift and you will know it, a powerful exhaust note that takes folks by surprise. Will it be too loud? Will it be loud enough? This was the perfect solution for my Ford F250 superduty truck. It has a nice exterior sound, but keeps it at a reasonable report without much drone in my cab. You may need to get a new section of tail pipe if you are replacing some of the older Flowmaster mufflers. This one is just a few inches shorter. I hope this helps!

It works great for our 5.3L LM7 engine. Quieter than we thought it would be. Make sure you order any needed pipe adapters.

Arrived on time, and was very well packaged! Installed it on my 2005 Durango and it Sounds amazing!! Was debating on the Super 44 and am glad I stuck with the Super 40. With the replacement of the stock muffler and the resonator it's a very nice deep throaty sound now.
