This pillow is well made and the cooling technology really does work. When you first unwrap it, the pillow looks as flat as a pizza box. After 24 hours, it expands to full size. It is well-stuffed and quite high. Unfortunately, it is simply too firm for me. Even if you take out some of the stuffing, it doesn’t change how firm the memory foam is overall. The spot where your head rests does soften a little, but if you turn your head to the side, it is like bringing your head out of a hole and onto a rock.If you love a firm pillow, this might be for you. If you sleep in one position and never move your head, this might be for you. Too firm for me.

After purchasing one pillow to find out if it was truly a cooling pillow - I purchased four more pillows because they are a true cooling pillow. It is also a comfortable pillow.

These cooling properties are debatable. Where at first it might seem so, as time moves on, less and less. Something about the technology that advertises cooling properties. There was one that had a hotter side and a cool side, and by golly if it didn’t have its moments. The way some of these sell for makes me wonder: am I a sucker in the first degree or in a lesser one? At least this pillow did not sell for a scandalous amount. At the end of the day perception can play funny tricks. 3.7 Stars.

So it is cool to the touch, but it doesn't cool you off in the night. It is an awesome firm pillow which I love!!! Since it is kinda cool to lay my head on it, and feel a little coolness, and it's a good firm pillow, ill keep it. But i don't really think it's worth the money, and I wouldn't buy again
