Where we live the relative humidity is often below 10%, and our tap water is full of minerals. It's pretty hard on the skin. This product is very soothing, and it keeps my skin from splitting around my thumbnails -- just about the only thing it does. A good word about the seller --- The seller mistakenly sent a bottle of cleanser along when I should have received two lotions. I reported it to Amazon, and it seemed like the seller replied by return mail. Apologized, said to keep the cleanser, and immediately sent another bottle of lotion. The replacement got to me sooner than I expected. And the good seller apologized again for the mistake (which he really didn't need to do). So, I can't recommend the seller highly enough! Good job!

Fabulous for dry skin repair. I am allergic to almost everything, but this does not bother me at all! Price is comparable to store bought extra strength lotion. Fragrance-free. Great for whole body. Can be a little 'sticky' on the skin. Does NOT leave the skin satiny smooth. It really is heavy duty dry skin repair. If I don't actually need the intensive skin therapy, but just need some hydration, I put a small amount of lotion in my hand and mix/rub in a few drops of water and then smooth on my arms, legs, feet, etc. Great for real dry skin treatment.
