Beautiful but Issues
Faucet is gorgeous, however, the flow reduces to barely anything within a year. I bought these in late '22 and installed them mid '23 so there was no refund option at that point and I had no idea it would start to barely put out any water. Be aware.

I love it.
Very nice design and smooth operation. Bought 2 of these at a reasonable price. Was easy to install if you are mechanically inclined. No additional parts needed to install.

Very slow water flow rate.
The media could not be loaded. The faucet looks beautiful but the water flow rate is awfully slow. Check the video showing how much water comes out of the faucet. The volume is low and there is no pressure. The plumber who installed it tried everything and make sure the valves are fully opened but no help. I posted question for seller about this and they replied "contact us by email" and didn't provide any email. There is no email on their amazon store page and I contacted amazon customer service and they don't provide the contact information of the sellers which I found really idiotic. So if something goes wrong after 30 days you are on your own.
