KS1 Maths: Times Tables 10-Minute Weekly Workouts - Year 2

CGP books are excellent value for money. As a maths teacher, I always recommended CGP books to my students. Now retired, I'm using them very successfully with my grandchildren for extra practice. They cover the syllabus meticulously and look appealing to youngsters. I have never found a mistake in the answers which is unusual in maths books. Also, where appropriate, the answers are supplied with a brief explanation.

My son LOVES doing these as he gets a score at the end of each test. Boys love scoring points. The book starts very easy but makes the links between x and division nice and clear.

My DD struggles a lot with her times table but this book was very helpful. The repetitive multiplication and division helped her learn it much faster than usual. Also, the problem solving at the end of each workout were really beneficial as to understand how to use these multiplication facts.
