It has done what it is supposed to do, so far. My husband likes it!

I'm satisfied with the clippers, but my guide combs are missing. Does the seller provide replacements?

Besides the excellent price (and discount), what I like best about this clipper is that it is like a precision instrument (not flimsy or cheap at all). I can easily see a pro using this. As a novice however, I was very nervous. I guess their manual is written more toward someone who know how to use such things. So...I emailed their after service dept. about 5 times asking for help. AND, surprise...they answered each of my questions quickly and (politely!). To top it off , they even sent me videos on how to do things, like how to remove the blade to clean and oil it. I think they should include these videos on their site...I can't be the only Nervous Nelly about using a cutting instrument!Two notes:1. The two rings are VERY useful in achieving the cut you want. They should emphasize this feature I was disappointed that there were only two guards until they explained to me how the two rings can actually do the work of multiple guards so you can cut with precision and gradation...as well as use for thinning.2. I am a scaredy cat when it comes to sharp instruments. So I put on a pair of latex gloves to help me get traction (just like when I need to open a stuck jar lid) and to protect my fingers when I went to remove the blades. It worked (and I am definitely a weakling). Hair does get underneath the blade so removing, cleaning, oiling is an important part of maintenance.In the photo, I show all the items except the cape and manual. I wanted to show the blade that I removed & the innards of the clipper so that if anyone else has a problem with removing the blade, they can see it CAN be done. The new blade is above the clipper. By the way, I used a pin to put a tiny hole in the bottle of oil instead of cutting the tip off (which most people tend to do). You don't need much and the pinhole will work better.Did I mention that TOFUL has a fantastic After Service Dept.??

The media could not be loaded.  I give this product a sold 9/10 because it has a very nice design , is easy to hold and maneuver. Came well packaged and the bag that comes to hold the items is very decent quality, the battery charges and holds well. The only issue I had is that I got 3 heads instead of 4 as displayed on the picture. I included a video of everything and pictures.

This trimmer does exactly what one would expect, so there's no issue there. There is only 1 complaint I could possibly register. When I was young, my uncle reached toward my face and said "I've got your nose!". It looked more like his thumb to me, but I can never be sure, and he never returned it. Even to this day he still has my nose, and there is nothing in this product's directions about how to trim your nose hair when your uncle has your nose. I just wish the instructions had been clearer on that point.

This has a stronger attachment that won’t break as easily as my last one.

This product worked great, but the battery will no longer charge after just a little over a year of light use.
