Can you see out but not see in?

you can not see out or inside with this flim. Its awesome!!!

Will this hold up if you install it on the exterior side of the window?

I do not know but it does hold up well on a window that has steamy humidity inside and cold temperatures outside so I think it might be ok outside.

The sample of the sand window film looks grey. What is the actual color of this film? Is it clear, white, or grey when on window?

The film is thick and clear. Self-adhesive (static, no glue). Just float on glass with soapy water, position and squeegee out the water.

Dimensions state 17.8 x 6.6 x 0.1 inches. Is that 6.6 inches or 6.6 feet which is what is referred to in the main summary product description.

It must be feet because it's 17.8 inches wide. Also I haven't come to the end of the roll yet and I've used a lot more than 6 inches!
