Q: Does the product list the phosphoric acid concentration?

I don't know the answer. It is back ordered and hasn't arrived yet.

Q: What percentage phosphoric acid is this?

Safety data sheet says: Concentration = 35.0 -45.0 %

Q: can i use on new galvanized metal corrugated roofing?

I believe it may remove the galvanized coating. Maybe buy a galvanized bolt or other small item to try it on first. However, I can say the phosphoric acid is the best metal or concrete cleaner by far. There are other brands with a higher phosphoric acid content that you may want to try instead. This stuff to me is a little light weight, although I have bought and used it before.

Q: Has anyone used this to etch metal?

Wire wheel, cone on drill or tight wire brush all loose. Use cleaner & remove grease, gear lube & oil first then apply. Surface rust is attacked first, deeper rust keep wet by spray, bath or towel & cover w/grocery bag and be patient for overnight to 2+ days. Dish soap & water to clean, dry and leaf blower if large. Tent plastic to capture, filter & reuse over. Great on car restorations as pump & hose into box frame or pillars & roof.
