This stuff has worked wonders for my peripheral neuropathy. I looked into r-alpha lipoic acid, but in my case at least a larger dose of this stuff seems to have the same effect as smaller doses of the r-ala, except it's cheaper. Having a pretty good amount of experience with this stuff I can say that as long as it's quality product (which this stuff really is) the only way to get better circulating levels is with injections. I can't recommend these tablets enough. I know the label looks really generic and hokey, but Healthy Origins is the real deal and makes quality supplements.

Great product
I have suffered from neuropathy for over a year due to radiation treeatment and the PA at my pain center office recommended Alpha-Lipoic. Started using it and it has helped me become more mobile with minimum medication and rarely need pain medication.
