Works well with my Cameo 4!
There are lots of reviews of using this with older Cameo units, but wanted to report this works well with Cameo 4. You need to use the adapters that came with the unit, this holder will fit into the blue or black holder. The black one will automatically be detected as a cut blade, while the blue you'll likely have to change it from sketch. My only complaint is that the different blades are labeled as to what their angles are. You can look and judge for yourself of course, but it would have been nice for it to have been indicated definitively. The holder seems to be of better quality than other intimations. I bough another holder for cheaper from another source and it is much more shoddy compared to this one. The other imitation also barely fits into the blue adapter, doesn't fit at all into the black adapter!

Excellent value from this Seller
There seems to be a controversy as to whether the blue tips are 30 or 60 degree blades. The Amazon photo indicates the blue tips are the 30 degree blades, but looking around several vendors agree and disagree about this. Everyone agrees the red are the 45 degree blades. With that said mine must have came indicating the blue is the 60 degree blades, thus I labeled them right away. I did not go looking around to verify this, but I have subsequently looked at the tips and the blue ones are the 60 degree blades. This is my 2nd CB09 holder/blade, which I labeled Yellow 30 degrees. I'm purchasing a 3rd one from this same Seller so I don't have to change blades out of the CB09 holder, so I'll have one for each degree of blade. Regarding a comment someone made about having to adjust the blade for each project doesn't understand that you set it once and then just pick your vinyl/paper type from the Studio software and cut. You don't adjust the blade as you would with the Silhouette ratchet blade. You adjust the blade by putting a popsicle stick under the blade and after you do that, you do not move the settings. You should be able to just barely move the popsicle stick out from underneath the blade, meaning you can feel a slight drag from the blade. This works with my original Cameo and Curio machines, albeit, it is tight enough you need to know how to insert it. Look at the silhouetteschoolblog.com to find out about this blade and how to insert it. I purchased from this Seller for two reasons: 1) It is eligible for Amazon Prime and 2) It is fulfilled through Amazon. I waited weeks for my 1st blade to arrive from China just to find out it didn't come with blades or springs.

Why did I not know about this?
I was looking for a way to cut small vinyl letters with my silhouette. I saw a tutorial which recommended this blade. Well never has cutting tiny letters been so easy. This is a MUST HAVE!!!! If I think about how much vinyl I have wasted over the years this thing pays for itself ten times over. SOOO happy to have found.

Seems to be a great deal.
First I purchased the blade holder and blades (everything was great) then I purchased another blade holder to be able to have to different blades ready all the time. I wanted to cut some real leather so I put a 30 degree blade in the second holder and tried cutting several times and nothing.
