A bit muddy and sharp edged rocks.. Just not that fish friendly. Especially for the bottom feeders

It's not good for shrimp tank

I've had this in my 20gal shrimp and Cory tank (used to have a betta as well) for a year. I DO wish I had bought 2 bags just to give some of my plants a little more depth to make it easier when I plant them but 1 bag did work fine. My plants are all thriving and my shrimp and snails seem to like it.I did follow all directions and rinsed the heck out of it. Had SOME cloudiness but if I recall it went away quickly enough to not be an issue.

Looks amazing in the tank. I mixed some Red with Dark to get the exact look I wanted. Too early to tell how the plants will do it in, but i'm sure they'll be great.Definitely recommend building a sifter screen to wash the rock and let the sediment/dust filter through. I built a 2'x2' square out of old 2x4s and then stapled an old piece of window screen to it. Washing the rock on that outside with the garden hose was super quick and the tank was only mildly cloudy for a few hours before returning to crystal clear water.

io ho utilizzato solo un sacchetto per un 30 litri, ma ho dovuto lavarlo molto abbondantemente perche è pieno di polvere, ci avrò impiegato mezz'ora, quindi oserei sconsigliare di comprarlo qui a occhi chiusi per chi vuole fare allestimenti che richiedono molti sacchi, altrimenti ci perderebbe una giornata

Great! However throughly and I mean extra extra throughly rinse this stuff or you'll have dust clouds in your aquarium for months

works great and plants growing now.
