This will work for my project. It does not carve like styrofoam. However, it is less expensive than styrofoam. The 16 6 " circles were uniform in size. I needed 6", 5", and 4" circles to make a money cake for a graduation gift, so I had to cut out the 5" and 4" circles. The craft foam is made up of tiny little pellets that cling to your skin and clothes as you scrap away the excess. It was pretty messy but, like I said, much cheaper than styrofoam. It was delivered in two days as promised.

Well-made and very helpful for my projects. I used them as risers inside my planters. My plants needed the lift!

I used it to make a center piece. It's work great. Strong.
