I have been taking the combo for 6 weeks now. It works for me. It took until 3 weeks of taking before I noticed the effects. It started with feeling fool while eating my evening meal. I was only eating half and was completely full. Didn’t need anything the rest of the night. By end of week 4, I noticed feeling full during the day as well. Now at 6 weeks I am seeing results on the scale. I have only lost 3 lbs, but that is a lot for my post menopausal body. Normally it would take me 6 weeks to lose only 1.5 pounds. As long as it keeps working I will continue to purchase. Will review again at 12 weeks or so.

Experience the thrill of pulling off the latest styles, cuts & fits".In my experience, these products worsened my condition and created a lot of gut pain. I wish I knew the limitations before I bought them. I did some research and I found out that the possible reason could be that these products are not totally suitable for people with FODMAP-sensitivity, because they also contain high FODMAP ingredients (especially, Previtalize).My point is because the products address the colon conditions, it has to be very clear which ones exactly.

I've been taking for about a month now. I've noticed I'm not as hungry and don't have food cravings. I did forget to take it one morning and was hungry throughout the day which I thought was interesting. Going to give it another month. Not using for pain or menopausal symptoms.

So far I love these 2 products. I take them every morning with a cup of water. It has helped curve my appetite and I have not been having afternoon crashes either!

I like the product seems to do what it’s suppose to BUT for 2 months straight the provitaize bottle has been short. Last month it was one capsule, this month it 6!!

It’s the best product I have found so far for gut, although it’s quite expensive. So because of the price I’m still looking for other products.

I love the gut health of this combo. I still experience hot flashes but it may take a minute for those to go away. As far as gut health, I see the difference. I have a consistent bowel movement and believe this helps with bloating. I want to try their other products. I was concerned with taking 2 of each daily and tried something else. I RUSHED back to order this product. I recommend.
