This vendor is very conscientious, totally committed to customer satisfaction and customer service focused.The vendor sent a special follow up email after my purchase to ensure I had good installation instructions, and to assure me that they were committed to my complete satisfaction. And, boy did they deliver!!! Apparently I didn't follow the instructions completely, and I lost one of the flag poles and flag on my very first ride after installing them. I sent an email to them asking if I could purchase a single replacement pole, and they sent me a completely new pole, mount, and flag for free - no questions asked. The flag poles, mounts, and flags are all top quality, very nicely made, excellent price and value, and truly complement my new Motorcycle. If you're looking for THE BEST quality motorcycle flag poles - these are them! Thank you E-Most!

Looks nice out of the package. The additional items were a nice touch, teflon tape and cotton gloves to handle the flag.Too bad the quality and fit of the flag was so shoddy!I used the teflon tape that was supplied, tightening the flag pole very tight. I had the purchase separately the bolts to mount the base to my Harley tour pack rail as the stock bolts were too short.I went for a short bike ride..about 5 miles and noticed that the flag and post were gone.If you really want one of these mounts..definitely use loctite thread locker.I guess I've lost $17 in dumber ways..but wont reccomend anyone to waste their $$ on this.

It seems to be made out of quality materials but I had two problems. First, the hole in the mounting bracket was too small to fit a standard size Harley Davidson luggage rack so I had to make it bigger. Secondly, It comes lose easily, even with a medium type of lock tight so maybe I need to use the stronger version. Even though I had these problems, it was fine with me since it looks as good as the much more expensive ones.

Bought for my brother in law for his Harley. I told him to use loctite, as others have suggested. He did not and the violent shaking of the Harley caused it to unscrew. The kit it nice, just use loctite.

Perfect design with dual ways to mount, I ride a 2010 Ultra Classic CVO and the way I want it on the Luggage rack the mounts had to be drilled out to fit, I could of had them close together on the inside rails but spread apart looks better. the chrome is flawless, the flags are the best quality and better than I dreamed. Went to Rolling thunder and proudly display my flags. I then rode from Washington DC to Louisiana and back to DC, the American Flag started to shred and needs to be replaced so I would not say that the flags themselves are the greatest since in less than two weeks of travel they look pretty beat. I do appreceiate the time to ship was less than I expected and right on time.
