Our front door faces the street (like most) and even though our house sits back a bit... we always felt exposed if we had to run into the kitchen half dressed! We didn't want to lose the light, though... and replacing the glass itself with something more opaque would have cost a LOT. We had used other films in the past in other houses and they would still allow someone to see in a bit... but this is GREAT!! Husband went outside during the day and even after dark and he couldn't see me through it... just if I got right up on the door he could see a shadow. So... great product. At night it looks a little odd from the inside of course... just solid white... but I'm willing to have that for the privacy it provides. Like all films... tricky to install well... just take your time and use a new razor blade with each window. Make sure to clean window thoroughly before installing. High quality product! HINT... I used a rubber food scraper/spatula instead of a squeegee and it worked great. Popped it off the handle and away I went. No bubbles.

OK, we installed on a shower door and it has held up with everyday use with no issue for about 2 months now. But a spray bottle for installation as the wetter you have the glass and the product the easier it will go. You can reposition rewet and just reapply if you screw up.If yo have ever tinted cars window it is the exact same thing. If not that is what I would search You Tube for instructions. Otherwise a great product knowing that it is not permanent if it lasts a year or two i will be very happy. There are zero adhesion issues and no loose edges or curling anywhere. It looks like it will last until we take it down.

We have a window in our shower. While this itself is weird, the blinds which cover the window are old and falling apart. Several pieces are broken and I just didn't feel comfortable in the shower. I bought this to cover the window--not entirely, as I wanted to be able to see out a little. It was not difficult to put on, but even using an old credit card to smooth out the bubbles, there were still some remaining. I followed all the instructions to the letter. I liked that I could trim the material and even make a pattern. It turned out pretty well overall.

I gave this3 stars because I thought you could see out but you couldn’t see in this film is pure white it looks like the windows are painted white had i not already cut the film I would’ve sent it back and every time I look at the windows it looks like a painted them white you cannot seeOutside very disappointed although there’s nothing wrong with it If that the look you want but it sure doesn’t look like a window film It’s not frosted like most window films it’s pure white I only got 2 1/2 windows done had to order more which I’m sending back eight I can’t put that on all the windows in the bedroom it looks like Like after I painted the walls I just continue to paint the windows that was 20 some dollars thrown away
