Somewhat of a flimsy portfolio but it is lightweight if you need to carry it a great deal through an industrial plant or large commercial building. I would not use the Ipad holder, it seems a little light for that unless you have the ipad in a Defender case.

This professional-looking case holds my iPad securely, and still provides room for me to take notes on the notepad. I have no problems with the case and I use it daily in my job as a collaborating special education teacher.
