I Struggled to get it on at first because it's my first binder so I did up the loosest setting and then put it on. After some adjusting I undid it and did up the tightest setting while wearing it, pretty easy for my second attempt. I think it'd have been great if available in a bigger size. I'm a 32G and I ordered a 5XL. There was so much underboob with any more than a couple seconds of arm movement they just slipped right out and there just wasn't enough material in general. I was upset it didn't compress any more than it did but it's just because I'm large chested, I know that's not a fault of the binder.
