I can’t get the F3, F4 & F5 keys (cut, copy and paste) keys to work when connected to my PC. Any ideas?

I can't get those keys to work either. You can always use command x , command c , and command v for cut, copy, paste…

I use a product called Gel Universal Dust Cleaner for PC Keyboard Cleaning Car Detailing Laptop. You can use a damp cloth too.
