Mr. Pen Architectural Scale Ruler, 12" Plastic Architect Scale

The edges are warped, very slightly, but if you need accuracy, you're going to have to try a different product.I wanted a scale to use with graph paper while planning projects around the house (once again, I'm regretting not learning a simple CAD program :| ). This scale/ruler was the least expensive one I could find with free shipping. That being said, at $7 for a 13-inch piece of plastic, I expected straight edges. For my purposes, it will probably be OK and I may or may not return it.UPDATE: I found an aluminum scale with great reviews for $9 here on Amazon. I am returning this one.

I purchased this ruler for my little one who is in Kindergarten. I really like that the corners have been filed down because they prevent accidental injuries! So far it feels sturdy and there are no chips or damage to the sides. It makes good, straight lines. Can't speak to its accuracy, though.

I ordered this ruler Dec 2020 and didn’t notice ruler was sent damaged cause I got very sick. Now I’m feeling better but it’s Feb 2021 and too late to exchange this product. I like the ruler but it’s got two dents on one edge of ruler..
