IT is awful. Sign up and the system doesn’t remember you. Why on earth would you provide such a lousy user experience. Go back to the drawing board or keep ripping people off. Your choice. Not worth the headache.

UPDATEI wrote to the company asking for help and Ryan emailed me back telling me to give him a call. I called and spoke to Ryan for over 30 minutes. He walked me through my report and told me line by line how to interpret my results what to worry about and what I didn't need to stress about.He was very helpful and friendly giving me an honest appraisal of what I needed and telling me when he did not know. (I asked him if salt-free water softeners were worth it - He said he had not done the research)I was getting ready to spend big on a whole home softer filtration system and turns out I really don't need one, and a softener may be nice for a few good reasons, but not absolutely needed. He explained that I should be testing my well for bacteria every other month and in general, was very helpful.At no time did he rush me off the phone, and said to call him back at the end if I had any more questions. It gives you a report with color icons - I didn't have anything in the red - but several yellow. Now I'm not sure what I should do next and what kind of filtration would work best to solve my issues.

Great for peace of mind for our new well. It did take a little longer to receive results than expected from the wording on the listing and reviews. Took nearly three weeks from the date we mailed it to get results. Oddly though, all the tests had been completed, but the report wasn't released until i called to inquire. Also, there is no bacterial test done clinically, only a home test that you have to incubate in a temperature controlled setting for three days (I used the lowest fermentation setting on my instant pot). This test only indicates if you have coliform type bacteria present, like fecal coliform and e. coli. These bacteria can be harmful if present, so it's a good test... but they're not the ONLY water-borne bacteria that could be worrisome. At the price of these tests, and the fact that I personally know how simple identification is in a clinical setting, I think they should offer more info about bacterial contamination... and parasitic, too!

I used these for work. The kit comes with very clear instructions and makes it super easy to collect and return the sample(s). I purchased two of these and both worked as expected. I even sent a non-tap water sample to see if testing could be done on it. The lab called upon receipt to question it, but after a brief, friendly conversation, they ultimately were still able to run the tests I was interested in.Looking at the dates on the report, it took two weeks for the samples to get through the mail and be received, and then it took another 10 days for testing to be completed and a report to be returned. I'm not sure if the two week ship time was the post office's fault or the receiving department, so I'm not including that as a negative review.Would definitely recommend them to friends and plan to use them again for any other water quality testing we need in our lab - a whole lot cheaper than what our go-to lab typically charges.

We have a well so testing is important to ensure all is well. Took about two weeks to get results which is how long they said it would take. My only NEGATIVE is that I reached out to Customer Service because I had a question and they did NOT reach back out. This test was over $200, my feeling is that their follow up needs improvement.
