Mommy Makeup Waterproof Stay Put Gel Eyeliner Pot High Pigment, Long Lasting, 0.14 oz (Black Orchid)

This is my first experience with this brand, and honestly, I did not know what to expect. What a nice surprise to find a gel eyeliner that applies easily, doesn’t clump or glob up, stays on well, and removes easily with a remover wipe. The grey color is perfect for me…just a bit of shimmer, not harsh or glittery. I will be trying other products from this brand!

Clinique had a cream eyeliner very similar to this. It was wonderful, but of course they quit making it. This is really just as good. It is easiest with an angled eyeliner brush. You just dip it into the pot and sort of stir the very thick cream around and then wipe it off on the edges. It stays on really well, even on the waterline. It is waterproof. It does not say it is hypoallergenic does it? I have very sensitive eyes and this seems to work and not cause any allergic reactions. Very glad I could find it. I sort of panicked after Clinique stopped making theirs.

The color was a light copper and if that’s what you’re looking for it’s ok for you. I was expecting a brown with gold . Also, way over priced! Very small container with cheap plastic cover that was cracked . This product probably cost 3.00 to make and sell. My cost was 21.50, and just really cheap product. Product is not waterproof .

The color is just what I was looking for!It goes on well and stays on all day, till removed. But you need to get it done well, as there is not much time to repair mistakes, because it dries pretty quickly, and then it can't be smudged without messing it up.

It's okay. It smears easily but it gives you raccoon eyes within 4 hours of wearing it.

I'm ALWAYS infront of a Camera and I Needed a Liner that Could withstand that and wouldn't let me down! I Most Definitely Found it! I was Also Looking for a Particular Color because, I use to use a Color from a Brand and they stopped making this Shade the Shade was "Blackened Plum" So When I SAW this Shade AMETHYST from Mommy Makeup it was IDENTICAL. It Applied with Ease and Didn't Come Off Until I Took it Off. Also I know you wouldn't think this but, this Shade Matches EVERYTHING!

This is an excellent eyeliner and I find it utterly absurd that someone gave it a low rating because it doesn't come off. EXACTLY!! THAT'S WHY I BOUGHT IT! 🙄 It comes off WHEN YOU TAKE IT OFF! There's no smudging once it sets (so if you mess up, you need to catch it quick), it doesn't sweat off or cry off BUT a couple swipes with a cotton pad soaked in makeup remover, and you're ready for bed.

I was looking at information for eyeliner best for older women (I am 50) who have older droopy eye skin. I find that when I put on eyeliners, the pen, brush, eyeliner "skips" over the wrinkles, making it look jagged, etc. I came upon this product in a basic search, and upon reading further, this product has claims that it is great for my skin type and issues. I read many reviews and was very hopeful. I also read that this color "Black Orchid" was beautiful. It arrived on time, I opened it and based on tips on how to apply it properly, I followed the instructions. (I had also bought multiple types of eyeliner brushes to make sure I had the right applicator) I found it difficult to apply, it did not seem to go on as suggested. It was sticky on the brush tip, it smudged as soon as I put it on, not very thick in color as I had to keep adding more to cover up the transparent spots it left, then it was too much on other areas. I truly followed to the best of my ability, all the suggestions and still, it never seemed to go on as they claimed. It never lasted the day. I tried day after day. By the end of each day, it was stamping color onto the upper portion of my eyelid below my eyebrow as many others have in the past. I was expecting a smudge free product as promised and it did not deliver. I do have to say I give this color a solid "4", it is gorgeous! The product is not better than others I had tried.

I have to be careful with eye make up because of wearing contact lenses, but this works really well. It goes on easily, doesn't smudge and doesn't get in my eyes. I'm happy, and so are my contact lenses :) Even better that it doesn't have paragons etc in it. Great product.
