It's of good length. And I fixed it in the path way on the walls directly with no screws. Holding good till now and handling my kids weight if 30 kg. Overall nice product.

Feels solid and reliable for adults to use
Primarily bought this to help with the kids gymnastics now and find it is easy to use. Just turn the bar to tighten it like you would with a shower curtain rod - make sure it is as tight as it goes in order to support body weight. Once fully tightened it supports chin ups for also adults (~70kg). There are also two brackets provided to screw it into place for extra security.

The quality feels strong and durable, and it is easy to install and use. Perfect for pull-ups and daily workouts at home. Good grip, sturdy support, and very comfortable during exercise. Overall, a great product for home fitness and strength training. So far it works great and I hope it lasts long too.
