This is an excellent brace. It is firm and well fitted. I got the small since my legs are sort of slim. The first 2 days it was tight pulling on. It now go on easier and my sore knee is already feeling better. I bought a second one so I always have at least one dry and ready to wear all day. Also great price!

The best knee support I have found! I have purchased 5 different ones before this one and it truly is the BEST.VERY, very comfortable. Really well made. I took pictures of the inside so you can see. The side support is flexible and well sewn into the sleeve so it won't cause irritation to your leg. The "donut" for your kneecap is also very professionally sewn in.I'm 5'10" 195lbs, 63 years old and this is an XL. Fits snuggly but there is good give so it isn't uncomfortable even after wearing it for 8+ hours.I tried one that had metal hinges for side support but the sleeve wasn't snug or supportive at all. It has the velcro wraps and it caused big gaps.I also got sleeves with no patella or side supports and they just didn't do much.I'm a trucker and climb in and out of my tractor and trailer often, crawl underneath to check my equipment and of course sit for long periods of time as well driving.I have arthritis in my joint and under the patella grinding on the bone.I'm planning on buying a second one for backup after using this one for a bit. I'll update my review if there are any changes to the quality. For now, I HIGHLY recommend this knee sleeve.

This knee brace is pretty comfortable but does get a little irritating on the back of the knee after several hours at work. I really like the Velcro around the kneecap.

Purchase this product to replace a 20-year-old knee brace. I had been experiencing arthritis on the inner/outside of my left knee as well as a lot of clicking inside of my knee. I wanted to get back to the gym, including rowing, cycling, and other movement and exercises. This brace didn’t solve all of my problems, but what I did give me was stability and comfort so that I was able to get the exercises going again and that eventually helped my symptoms subside. I really like the brace and I’ve been using it for two months now. It’s comfortable but offers a ton of support.

I purchased the higher end model. This is a very good sleeve. I have now used this for just over 2 weeks almost daily. The fabric quality is top notch. I deliver furniture and need something that doesn't slide or rides down on me, this does a good job but will ride down your thigh as it has very little inner rubber lining to help keep it in place.The stability is 3 stars. I don't really feel much stability from the two side stabilizers. As for the support, it is tight enough to around y leg to help support my knee, and not it isn't tight where you feel your circulation being cut off. The gel ring helps with padding when you kneel down but it is beginning to wear out and fast.This is very comfortable and there are times you can forget that you have it on, if/when it rides down/ slides on you. As a higher end model I would have thought it would have more of the inner rubber lining at the top edges, than what little was provided.Still, I think this is a good item I voted 3 stars but it is more like 3.5 stars.

Now that awkward titles out of the way yes it's more comfortable but after wearing it all day it does start getting uncomfortable but it takes longer at least

This is the best knee brace ever! After purchasing & wearing this I've thrown out all the others. I will buy this again because it is the best. I play tennis every other day & it gives me the perfect support I need for my aching knees. It does not slip down or stretch out like all the others did. I'm so very satisfied!
