Hatch does not have a rubber o-ring seal like stated, just foam. They ended up leaking after installing them. Ended up having to caulk them shut. Very cheap plastic. Not easy to open and somehow leaks.

I plan to use these as storage hatches as I am building my row boat. They appear to be very good quality and look just as good as in the picture. I think they are going to work well.
