Don’t waste your money and order this nonsense. I ordered it for my husband and NOT ONLY THE BOXES CAME DAMAGED!!!! THE PRODUCT IS TRASH!!! Moreover, it CANNOT BE RETURNED. THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!

I've had as many as THREE on my body at any given time. I often put them on and lay on a heating pad at the same time. Pure heaven as the multi-applied heat sinks in. If you're using them for your lower back, I have found that placing a back supporting belt fastened well around the waist to support the spine while placing it over these pads is amazingly helpful in reducing pain. This keeps the heat in and the pads in place. And I can feel the wondrous heat while I walk around.

I find them uncomfortable to put on my tender PHN skin, didn't notice any diminution in skin pain, and messy to take off.
