More comfortable then I thought, but it was meant for my hubby and it's not thick enough for him. Head to shoulder it longer then the pillow. Did we pay attention to that when we purchased it? Nope. Because it was never a thought. So make sure it will be able to cradle your head like it should. I love it for myself

This is the second Sissel pillow I have bought, first one lasted 10 years! It much more expensive than many on the market, but this is the best in my opinion,. Its high quality, well designed and effective.What you need to bear in mind is that it's totally different from whatever you are sleeping on now, so takes some getting used too. Chances are the first few nights you will think you will never get used to it, my advice is to persevere because it is worth it. Make sure you pull it well into your shoulder so your neck is being supported by the raised ridge and your head is on the flat of the pillow. You are more than likely using it due to neck problems/pain, so it is a bit uncomfortable while the muscles adjust, but it has helped me enormously with my stiff neck, I no longer wake up in discomfort or find it difficult to turn my head in the mornings.

Ich habe schon seit Monaten am Morgen Verspannungen die vom Ohr zur Stirn ziehen. Auch Nachts wachte ich immer wieder auf und suchte eine neue Schlafposition. Bin eigentlich Bauchschläfer. Nach dem ich die Rezessionen gelesen habe investierte ich die 70 Euro in das Kissen. Es war meine letzte Hoffnung. Denn ein gute Matratze habe ich schon half aber nichts. Die ersten beiden Nächte waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber am dritten Tag bin ich dann morgen ohne Verspannungen aufgestanden. Nun sind es 6 Wochen und habe seit her eine Verbesserung vom 95%. Zwar gibt es Tage da merke ich morgen etwas leichtes Ziehen, das liegt aber daran das ich einfach nachts mal länger auf dem Bauch geschlafen habe. Dabei liegt mein Kopf nicht auf dem Kissen. Also die 70 Euro haben sich voll gelohnt. Seither schlafe ich meisten seitwärts. Da liegen dann die Nackenmuskel im der Kissenwölbung drin was ich als sehr angenehm empfinde. Wie eine leichte Dauermassage. Super. Ich habe Größe L gekauft. Ist genau richtig für mich. Habe eine Schulterbreite von 0,5m. Frauen sollten die M Größe nehmen.

Macht was es soll, ich schlafe damit sehr gut.
