This product is really easy to use, clean, and change heads. Got it to help clean my kids ears. Although it is really soft and flexible my kids said it still hurt their ears. I didn’t think it hurt when I used it on myself. I like the storage case, but the additional parts that come with it (silver and black tools) don’t have a slot so they just sit on top if you want to keep them in the case.

This product is not effective for removing hardened wax, just removing softened wax that is visible at the edge of the ear canal. We have found the tri-tip syrine to more effective and safer.

If I could buy the wire tool tool solo I would have done that. The wire tool is the best thing I've ever used for cleaning my ears. As for the rubber spiral stuff it really doesn't do much.

It works like advertised. I like the case to keep everything together.

I didn’t know until recently that a product like this was available. I almost bought from an ad site but there was a problem with the ordering and I had to cancel the order completely! I did a quick search on Amazon and found these at a fraction of the cost. Easy to use and clean!EDIT: After trying several techniques to use this device I haven’t had the success I was looking for. I no longer use this item and consider it a waste of my money. I’m not saying it won’t work, just that it didn’t work for me.
