Great thickness--not flimsy.

This product is relatively easy to use. It took a couple swipes around the cake I made for my nephew’s wedding, to establish the exact angle I needed to get the look I preferred, but once I figured it out, it quickly helped add a beautiful textured look to the frosting.

Bakers POV: Highly recommend! Very sturdy material. Easy to clean. I have even used a small torch to heat this tool up for smoothing icing and it has held up very well! Love that it can be used in two different ways. Creates smooth and even lines.

One of my favorite tools to ice cakes, especially taller ones! Makes smoothing or creating a scalloped design so much easier. After the first wash (hand washing) and air drying, it left a small rust spot. Disappointed but it happens! Still a great product!

This is very easy to use, and if you scrape at the right angle (45°) with the straight side, you get perfectly smooth buttercream. I bought two more different scrapers from the same seller, and I would definitely recommend.

love this scraper! works great for tall cakes, makes smooth frosting a breeze, only takes a couple minutes to get either design smooth. my only complaint is obviously with having a design on each side, there’s no handle, and holding the thin metal after a while gives me hand cramps.
