Hard water in our area requires citric acid which will eat exposed paint.** A: I am not sure but "looks" over the glaze ?? **Q: Are these for liquid or dry measure?** A: Yes they are for is both. **Q: Are these dishwasher safe?** A: They are microwave, dishwasher and oven safe. **Q: How should one go about replacing only one of the measuring cups?
