This was a good buy, an excellent pan, the few times I cooked with it. We were very careful to cool it properly, never under the water when hot as advised. The metal has a cracked through the pan. It was expensive and I expected it to last a lifetime.

I found it very difficult to get the stripes on steaks and chicken without overheating the pan and subsequently burning the meat. Extremely heavy with a short handle

This is a very good quality grill pan. It is perhaps a little heavy, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

Wir haben die Pfanne bereist mehrfach benutzt, und sind nach wie vor begeistert.Die gesamten Vorteile eine Gußeisenpfanne kommen hier voll zum tragen.Durch die Keramikbeschichtung lässt sich die Pfanne aber wieder schnell reinigen, und ein Einbrennen wie bei unbeschichteten Pfannen ist nicht nötig.Man sollte aber immmer bedenken, dass die Pfanne ein hohes Eigengewicht hat (was bei Gußeisen aber normal ist)
