I started feeling so much better with the Perfect Keto MCT Oil Powder. For me, I discover that the Quest Protein Powder did not actually dissolve leaving the bottom of my 20 oz coffee cup with this powder in the bottom. Was quiet a surprise that I discovered by accident because I always swoosh my coffee around. With the KETO MCT POWDER “no” such problem!!! I know it is a little pricy but for me it is well worth it.For those that have trouble with lumps put the powder into a cup with a little cold water, I have one of those battery hand mixer, whips the lumps out, then I add it to my coffee like a creamer....works great.Just received my order, I was a bit concern after reading all the reviews, I did not have any problems mixing with my almond milk. In the morning I will try it with my coffee, I do not expect any difference, because I always blend my powder in a small amount cold water then add my coffee. There is a tad flavor of coconut if drinking alone, if you mixed it with other ingredients you probably would not taste it...I bought the vanilla and chocolate, the only negative thing I can say it cost to much for the small, small canister it comes in. At least the measure spoon included is small not large like you get in other protein drinks, with that said, yes I will keep buying this brand.

I am currently three months into keto and have been experimenting with many different supplements to help me get in and stay in ketosis. I am convinced that perfect keto is the very best brand for keto supplements out there.The chocolate mct oil powder is the single best supplement I've ever tried in roughly 20 years of using various products for weight lifting and weight loss. I've always had products that worked and products that didn't, and you generally know which is which. I have had very good results with the perfect keto mct oil powders in general, but the chocolate is just amazing.Flavor wise , its the single greatest tasting supplement of all time. It's purely milk chocolate flavor with no hint of artificial taste at all. I've been craving sweets the past two weeks and when I use this product those cravings go away. I wish I could perfect a recipe in which I used this chocolate powder to make bread or cupcakes. I put a scoop in with my coffee and it tastes like the best hot chocolate I've ever had.Cost wise, it gets a ding, but I can't say too much about it as most keto products in this similar size are between $25 and $40 anyway.If you're on the fence, I wouldn't hesitate to take the plunge and try this out. If you even remotely like chocolate, it might make you an addict.

I don’t want the unnecessary sweeteners and thought the liquid MCT might be more effective. Using the very short scoop becomes annoying as you get toward the bottom of the container.
