The iridescent nature of this particular “color” is beautiful, and a dark background is helpful to really experience the colors.If you’re rub your finger over the shavings, you can definitely feel the pieces. I didn’t try to cover them with a sealer for this particular use (I painted on the opposite side), but I would definitely suggest that if your project allows.
