Good product, unfortunately it didnt work for my application. But good quality and comes with keys to keep your hood safe of entry. Nice product.

Have them on my Zeto 34 easy-to-use and install.

You get what you pay for, locks might as well not be there. One came sized so I couldn't get a key in it right away. Anyone with a good fingernail can pop these open while they are locked. The mechanism is so sloppy that the pin won't retract far enough. If it does you gotta use a key or something to push it back into place because it will get stuck in the upright position. Only pro here is it at least looks better than what I had previously. Bad quality, spend a little more on something better.

They look cool and keep my hood closed, but the latching mechanism corrodes easily and any grime at all will prevent the latch from opening without something like a flat head to pry it open. Probably not a problem on a street car but I put these on my rally car.

i got this item on 3/29/2021 got them install in the same date and the mechanic took about 1 hour to 1:30. The mechanic test it by opening multiple times to see that it would work not like the first ones that i bought. I did not use the screws that it came with it instead i use rivets. The reason i use rivets is because i feel that the screws were going to be easier to unscrew than the rivets and this are my results.

It was harder to install on my truck only because the way I did it. Other then that they are well worth the $

Honestly, this product was very nicely packaged. Unfortunately the quality of the actual latches was not up to par, but you get what you pay for. The only quality, usable part from this kit was the actual red pins and that’s what I needed since I couldn't find the pins I needed like these sold separately. Parts of the latches are held with what appears to be hot glue. The lip that holds the latches closed is actually chipped/broken and they don’t hold closed. They are cheap plastic and feel like they would break easily with a little force. (Wind blowing the hood up would probably easily snap these) All in all, the latches are mainly for looks I guess but even then the plastic is cheap so you don’t get a very good look. The red pins though are quality, nice, thick, and strong. They have the rubber spacer two nuts and washers and were pretty straight forward to install.

It’s cheap plastic but it will hold your hood down don’t worry about how bad of a job I did I did this on my bad hood so next time it will look 10x better but they do work
