Yeah I'm Korean and I don't usually shop Korean beauty products on Amazon. Mostly overpriced unless it's nearing expiration or overstocked. There are other shopping apps that you have to wait a while to be shipped but have better prices tbh. Sorry Amazon😅

No, this is a Toner for the face, not a make-up remover. Use after the face is thoroughly cleansed, preferably with cotton pads.

Great, soothing. Keeps face from feeling dry. Using under makeup / skincare. Wish they made the 24 ice one available too because that one contains anti acne ingredients, but this one is good too.
