As advertised and effective
Out of the box a very strong peanut butter scent. Note that the panels are placed glue side to glue side for shipment, but do pull apart easily with no damage or loss of glue. I do not like using these types of traps, as I prefer electrocution or snap traps to make the capture as painless and quick as possible, but sometimes those methods fail and you have to resort to this or poison. I put these under my car I am working on to keep mice and rats from damaging the wiring. Highly effective.

Easy placement
Amazing product! The mouse was caught within 2 days after placement. The peanut pheromone is definitely strong. Everytime I come into the house - it smells like peanut butter! But, hey, it definitely works! Highly recommend!

Pleased, Works - but ...
These can catch mice but they can escape if you don't act fast. Also you have to interrupt their trail or paths so that they take detour onto mat. I woke up 3am went to look and found four mice caught. I waited till morning so I could take a picture and only two were still there. Previously I had used these for weeks with zero success. Now that I know to break their trail, I did it last night and caught another one. I like that I can then take to outside and gently scrape mouse off without major injury and set him free.
