She is a beautiful author with straightforward English, her writing is perfect and accurate. INDIA at 70 deals Mainly with the highlight events that happened after independence. A must read book for all ages. You don't want to put this book aside unless you complete it.

Amazing!..Well researched and crisp.As a teacher it really helped me well. it goes boyond just a chronological description of india. The intertwined connections and the trivias are so good.I literally highlighted atleast one line in a page.Totally worthy.
