The tube came without aluminum seal. Is it OK?

Mine DID have an aluminum seal!

Is the tube supposed to arrive in a box? Also, is the ointment supposed to be smooth? Mine has a "gritty" feel and is very thick.

No, as indicated on the pages, there is no box. Exposure to extreme temperature such as freezing and thawing can change the texture. It does not change the effectiveness. Can I use this product on my ulcer in my foot , I’m a type 2 diabetic?

I don't see why not. My husband has ms and is in a wheelchair. From time to time he gets pressure sores which - as you may know - can go from mild to bad really fast. Terrasil is the ONLY product that works within a day or two to cure it. And I do mean cure. This stuff is a miracle!

Should i use it every day ?

I use it on my Mother every day with no problems.
