I've been using this stuff for years, and I mainly use it in the summer when my skin gets extra oily and breakout-prone. It works well. If you have really bad acne, it won't fix it, but it will definitely help. I've always had oily and acne-prone skin, and this is a moisturizer I always have handy for my kind of skin, and I'm nearly 40! Been using this stuff since my early 20s.

I've been using this less than two weeks and it's cleared up my adult acne the best of any product I've ever tried. I use it every other day at night time after cleansing my face. I just put it over problem areas. It doesn't seem too drying. I also use it as a spot treatment. Using this in rotation with the derma e overnight peel and the vitamin c night creme my skin is glowing and so smooth. I use the peel 2 times per week. I struggle with uneven skin tone,a forehead with tons of texture and what appear to be small pimples that never really come to the surface. My chin area always had 3-5 huge,deep painful zits that would last for days/weeks and leave scars. The peel has really helped the scars and this rebalancing creme has smoothed my fore head and cleared up my chin. It has a slight tea tree smell, but absorbs nicely and doesn't dry skin out.

Just started using the product but I like it so far. My face is very oily and this tightens my skin and reduces the shine.

I honestly love this lotion. It is really thick and you don't need very much to cover your entire face. I have noticed my face is free of pimples but gets the occasional zit a couple times a month. I was using Neutrogena and Clean&Clear salicylic acne products, but couldn't really get flawless skin. This product works better for my face and I feel good using a natural product. The only complaint I have, like many reviewers, is the smell. The first couple times you use the product the smell will remind you of paint thinner. Although the scent is really strong at first, it dissipates as it dries and you can pick up the varying scents that make up the lotion (lavender, peppermint). After it completely dries and I apply make-up, I can't even smell the lotion (nor can anyone else). Although it is a little pricey, I feel like I am spending less money overall because I don't need multiple products to get rid of pimples/zits. The lotion lasts a long time, I am not even half way through the first container after 5 months. I highly recommend this product, but warn sensitive buyers about the potential strong odor. Also, I recommend using this product for 2 weeks before you judge its efficacy. The skin needs a couple weeks to get use to the new product, although my skin was good after a couple of days.

I have tried soo many products for acne prone skin. I honestly love their facial cleanser for acne prone skin, but that's it. This moisturizer made me break out worse no matter how much, or how little I used. At first it seemed nice and moisturizing, but that's it. The smell was off-putting, and i began getting cystic pimples all over in places i normally do not break out. I really think this product is too thick to prevent acne, and needs to be a lighter gel consistency to work for my skin. And i usually have combo skin. It's dry right after washing, and ends up being oily towards the end of the day.Oh and btw the seller does not take returns at all, so yay for another wasted 14 bucks!

This is a great affordable moisturizer for oily skin. I've read reviews complaining about the scent, but it just smells strongly of tea tree to me which just means it actually has a good amount of tea tree oil in it (which is great for acne). I use a cica serum underneath it when my skin is a bit dry and just on it's own when it's feeling oily. It takes a little bit of time to absorb, but it makes my skin feel soft and fresh.

Works well for an oil-free moisturizer. It does dry matte and not shiny. I do fine that it “absorbs quickly” but I have to apply at least 2 layers for my skin to not have that dry tight feeling. Fair warning that it smells AWFUL and musty. Unfortunately I think that is just a natural product of the ingredients and not a defect of the product itself. It lingers for several hours but I do not typically notice it later in the day. Wash your hands thoroughly after, as the smell will transfer to anything you touch while the moisturizer is on your fingers. I have not yet decided whether I will repurchase as I am only a week or two in and have plenty left.

This is prefect for those who might not ever be able to use a moisturizer for fear of breakouts, irritation, drying etc. I have sensitive skin and frequent breakouts and almost all products geared towards acne- prone skin either dry out, irritate or make the issue worse. This is a well balanced product with powerful ingredients like rosewood and tea tree and great combination of camomile and Lavender that keep skin healthy long term.
