Great product. Have been using it for over a year and have experienced all the benefits and none of the cons. greater mental clarity, increased energy and fast muscular recovery. My training scheedule has a 1,000 calories (in average) daily rutine and after I started taking it, I can wake up and face the next day excercise fresh and fully recovered.

Has virtually no taste, muscles are more saturated, mixes well with water or any other drinks, lots of creatine for the price. 5g a day is perfect for someone like me at 165, I sometimes overload at 10g if I'm about to run out and don't buy for about 2 weeks, great value and just does what Creatine does.

I like this product because it’s very thin and easily dissolves in water. I take it every day after my workout and I felt that it helps me not to feel sore afterwards and to recover fast. It doesn’t do miracles, you have to workout hard, but it does improve your muscle mass. It has absolutely no taste.
