I was a bit hesitant to order this laptop online, everywhere I went they told me it was out of stock and would stay that way for an unknown amount of time. That’s when I decided to search online and found this laptop. I ordered it and it arrived almost a day later in perfect condition and seemed to be exactly the laptop I was looking for. I’ve been using it for almost two months now and it seems to be working perfectly. I don’t usually trust Amazon when buying expensive stuff but this laptop didn’t disappoint. HP spectre 360 is a beauty and is one of the best convertible laptops out there:)

I have been using HP laptops since more than 12 years and did not have any complaint on the earlier models but now with this new laptop have few issues....Screen hinges are not proper....screen falls down when it is left after certain angle...gets heated up very quickly...seen many people mentioning similar issues on the internet and have been advised to take it to the hp center for fixing the screen hinge issue and install the latest updates for the heating issue.....I would not take to the hp center for fixing the hinge issue until it becomes a bottleneck....

It was a defective item which was enable to function from the very first day. I checked item few days later on (as was busy in urgent work) with the thought that everything would be all right as It is new one. As refund policy tenure is crossed It is no longer refundable now. I took help from HP Customer service and got motherboard replaced in laser than 10 days of new laptop arrival which makes me very unhappy. As the major item has changed It is no longer the feeling of new laptop. Now everyday I start my laptop with the feeling of defective item which makes me very uncomfortable. It is not worth of what I paid for due to its defectiveness. I will welcome the initiative from amazon if there is a little chance of getting refund/replace or anything.

The product is a wonderful blend of performance and aesthetics... I was quite delighted to receive the delivery so early... product was well packed. The laptop box was classy as hell... was a delight to unbox the laptop and HP pen. HP Laptop tops apple in performance as well as looks... perfect laptop for Graphic designers

Vendor was very patient, helpful and cleared all my queries. Since its a costly product I took the vendors contact from google and was able to talk to him. He was very helpful in explaining the product and doubts I have. I got the delivery in time. Laptop looks very elegant but it has small heating problem.
