Everything works as it should. Far exceeded my expectations. And it was a great deal.

Love this laptop. I’m a college student so it makes it easier to carry around instead of heavy books. I use it for school purposes but gaming is great on it. Only downside is there’s no backlit keys.

So far so good. Setup was a complete breeze. It linked with my other devices and had all my email et cetera already downloaded on it within a few moments of turning it on. The touch screen is more sensitive than what I'm used to but it works fantastic

I bought a refurbished computer from Walmart and it came to me not working properly with viruses and not factory reset. This f e l l e r here on Amazon did a great job with refurbishing the computer, it was set at factory reset and it's like having a brand new computer I'm really impressed and I will never buy anywhere again but for Amazon

I bought this laptop for my wife and her schoolwork. She’d never had a touch screen before and she loves the speed, size and ergonomics like the flip screen compared to other laptops she has had. It was perfect for her.

You ask for stars for gaming. In no way would it have enough memory to adequately supply gaming.

So I've noticed at the bottom corners of the screen it pops out, this is a common occurrence for these hp 360's I've had two do the same thing. Sometimes the screen pops out so bad that I have to lock it back into place. Tends to overheat when not using and charging. I would not recommend this as a gaming computer, but a very good computer for college and or work.

Muy buen equipo BBB, el único "tema" es que el teclado es ingles americano, pero nada del otro mundo que se configure como español latinoamericano y aprendas a usar y saber donde esta la Ñ y los símbolos

Great n value for money

The media could not be loaded.  Llevo más o menos un mes con ella y me gusto demasiado, el touch no es tan bueno en algunos programas, pero nada que no se pueda arreglar con un pencil.En sí es demasiado ligera y ergonómica, se llevo el top 1 de mi lista de opciones.Viene con el Windows 11 y toda la paqueteria Microsoft

Estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra, vale la pena por el precio, el único detalle que le pongo no es al equipo en si, no llego el cable HDMI que se supone que traía, fuera de eso todo bien

La mejor opcion para usuarios de oficina y estudiantes, buen diseño y rendimiento, la uso para videollamadas de horas, excel y correos y se comporta a la altura. Recomiendo ampliamente.
