Its really sad that the quality of this product is deteriorating ....earlier it was thick and had a great fragrance...however now it is very diluted and there is hardly any fragrance...this is a softener and is supposed to make the clothes soft and fluffy but it does nothing like that...it is now a very diluted version of the original...no wonder there is always a special offer on these!!! they are priced less but no quality!!

Its pure. Good quality product. Highly recommendable. The only thing that hits me is their delivery. I placed the order once but they split the delivery into two hence resulting for me to received one successful delivery and I have to refund the other because they said its out of stock but I can see that they are still posting the products in amazon for the same price.

I ordered the downy BLUE but i got the GREEN one. I will still give it 5 stars because is authentic and worth the price. It also smells good. Got it during the black friday sale. Thank you, Amazon.

The quality of the fabric softener has went downhill. It practically doesn't have a scent anymore and it makes no difference when added into the washing cycle
