What size are the picks

There are different sizes and shapes

Are these made with Polyoxymethylene, or inferior quality material ?

This is what Dunlop has on their site. "From warmer materials such as Nylon to brighter materials such as Ultex, this pack has all you need to refine your unplugged sound." for more information you would have to contact Dunlop directly. Since Amazon would delete their phone number and website info you will need to fill in the blanks. It's a dot communication starting with jimdunlop.

Is this good for replacing iPhone glass screen?

One of the picks there will be awesome for that. Choose the thicker ones (0.7mm -1.0mm) Note: Iphone screen replacements almost always come with a free pry tool (that looks like this guitar pick)
