I love this dang trash can
I love this dang trash can. My husband picked it out because he knows I love copper, but I thought it looked a little gaudy and was super wary when he showed me the picture. However, I absolutely love it. The size is great - it's big without being obnoxious and the copper is pretty. It's not as brassy looking as the stock picture and none of the paint has come off as described in the other reviews. We also didn't have a problem with the packaging tape taking any paint off as there was no tape on the lid. The one and only draw-back is that the swinging lid does make it harder to scrape food into it but that hasn't inconvenienced me at all. I love how the copper ring around the base of the lid fits over the trash bag to keep it tidy looking and in place. Best trash can ever.

Everything I wanted
Don't be fooled. It appears to be heavy duty, but it is extremely Lightweight. Aside from that, this is everything I've ever wanted in a kitchen trash receptacle. I kid you not, it has taken me years to find what I want. Something large and stylish and not too pricey. This is it! You won't be disappointed. (Only gripe is the small section of missing paint on the "bronze" section).

Unquie Copper Trash can.
For a garbage can, this is absolutely beautiful and unique. Very nice size and well made. So pleased to find one with copper, as this is my favorite color in design. Highly recommend this, if you are looking for a little dazzle in a overlooked piece that normally gets trashed. :)

packing tape ruined the copper band
The top was secured to the bottom withtransparent packing tape, and it removed part of the copper band where the tape was applied which made this garbage can very ugly. we are requesting it to be replaced and please do not secure the top to the bottom with tape.

Packing Tape Ruins It
It looks great and I'm sure it's incredibly functional but it arrived with packing tape over the top of the swing lid which ripped off the "copper" as it was removed. I would potentially but it again only if I found it in a store to inspect first.

Good trash can
The put tape on lid to hold everything together while shipping but when you remove the tape it also ripped off the paint on the lib...Good trash can, bad packaging.

Outstandingly Purchase
This trash can is perfect. Tall and holds bags in place and doesn't allow slippage. The copper color is beautiful (if I can say that about a trash can).

Love this trash can
Love this trash can! The bag never falls into the can. The lip of the bag is held firmly in place by the copper band. So shiny and pretty, too!
